(a)  A collection of photographs is maintained documenting the museum's collections, exhibitions, and programs. At the discretion of the museum, they are available to the general public for use on the premises or on loan.

(b)  Photographs of art works not in the museum's collections may be entered in the photographic archives unless prohibited by the owner of the work. These photographs may be used by the public on the premises, but may not be sold, lent, copied, or published without permission from the owner. The museum will not be responsible for obtaining such permission.
